Sound system manufacturer FBT Italy put their new 2 way line array component Mitus 206 LA showcased at the pro audio annual NAMM show this year, the cabinet itself featuring compact size, self-powered on the amplification system with extended sonic performance in the mid and high frequencies.
Purposely designed for small to medium scale applications, and now capable to configured as grounstacked array with multiple cabinet line arrays stacked to single pole-mounted loudspeakers, the FBT Mitus 206 LA is loaded with 2 x 6.5-inch B&C neodymium LF woofers and a 1.4-inch exit B&C custom neodymium compression driver precisely mounted on a 100-degree (H) waveguide module.
It also comes with a high efficiency class D audio power amplifier design, with high technology of digital signal processing, that capable of delivering 600 watts amonts (RMS) to the both Low Frequency section and 300 watts (RMS) to the High Frequency. A powerful but light-weight switching mode power supply are provided to ensure high reliability.
The FBT Mitus 206 LA cabinet enclosure is constructed from high-impact polypropylene material and already integrates line array rigging hardware in their internal structure. The maximum vertical sound dispersion of each module is focused on 10 degrees, depending on the combination number of array elements.
A rigid metal grille with a foam layer protects the front transducers from being damage during operational.
It also can be deployed as J shape flying line array using the new Mitus 212 FSA (2 x 12-inch) active subwoofer cabinet or ground stacked using by using the Mitus 121 SA (1 x 21-inch) or 118 SA (1 x 18-inch) powered active subwoofers to obtain a full range 3 way system.
FBT Mitus line array system is ideal to used in both indoor and outdoor event like music festival, house of worship,DJ performance or production house.Provide exceptional audio clarity and high SPL level for any demands.
